Goal--To demonstrate and teach the basic skills and performing movement
of physical fitness skills
Activities-- Work in small groups and partners
Shuttle run
Relays, running, skipping, etc.
Games----Steal the bacon Dodge ball
Assessment--Observe students ,and intruct proper use of the arms and feet
Have each student pract. different movement skills.

Goal--the student participates regularly in physical activities for the purpose of improving skills and health.Grade (4)

New game--Gator ball

The student demonstrates competency in many movement forms and proficiency in a few forms of physical activity.
Major Objective-- Movement Experiences
The students will develop the ability to practice the skills for physical fitness events.
1. Play relay races with the different skills learned
2. Play games learned through learning different skills
Assessment--Watch the different groups , instruct the students to use proper
arm swing and movement of feet.
